An approach to reality from different perspectives and, by taking a little distance, as a whole, discovering that reality is an admirable puzzle in its very complex simplicity. I have discovered that the key to understanding the real is paradox.  To put it briefly, it could be expressed in this way: reality is not what it seems. This phrase, by the way, is the title of one of the books by the quantum physicist Carlo Rovelli. And it is not what it seems because, beyond the forms we perceive, there is the other side of the real, that which remains hidden from the senses and the mind. The paradox – which is only an apparent contradiction – opens our gaze to always see the double dimension – the two levels – of the real.
If the question is not too indiscreet, what have you discovered about yourself through the practice of transpersonal psychology? Or, asking the big question: What are you? It’s okay if you don’t want to answer. It is, after all, a very intimate thing.
It has been one of the great gifts of my existence and it became clear to me, if I can put it that way, in two moments: in the first I understood that I am nothing that I can observe, but that which observes; and in the second I was gifted with an experience of deep understanding where it became clear to me that, beyond the form or persona in which we are experiencing ourselves, we are conscious presence. The great problem -and tragedy- of the West is that we have confused ourselves with the mind and reduced ourselves to it. In reality, we have mind, but we are consciousness. This is what it all boils down to.

49comparticiones(By Leandro Sequeiros) The proposals of a non-dual spirituality as described by some disseminators of great media power (such as Enrique Martínez Lozano) are sustained from a certain epistemology. While respecting the possible rationality of his proposal, it is convenient to situate it within the framework of the current development of epistemological ideas in order to show that it conceals a fallacy. Within the scientific community of philosophers of science, postmodern epistemology, and more specifically, non-dual epistemology, has a rather marginal character within the field of knowledge about the world. We postulate as more in conformity with the current philosophy of science a reconstruction of beliefs from the epistemological and psychological assumptions of modernity.
In the Upanishads (800-400 B.C.), the mystics plunge into deep philosophical-theological disquisitions in which a rather “monistic” thought predominates. But in reaction to these speculations, from the 8th to the 16th century, a group of philosopher-theologians reacted to the danger of monism and developed different philosophical-theological approaches.
